Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is a dedicated pressure control accessory for multi-way main control valves in medium and large tonnage excavators. It is compatible with four classic main models: EC330B, EC360B, EC340D, and EC380-D. It is a core precision pressure-bearing and easily damaged component in the machine's hydraulic system, controlling the upper pressure limit, overload pressure relief, and maintaining a constant output working pressure. This series of 30-38 ton construction machinery is mainly used in heavy-duty conditions such as large-scale foundation pit excavation, surface soil and rock stripping in mines, slag transportation, river dredging, mountain road construction, and stone loading and unloading, operating in complex and harsh environments.

The relief valve body is integrally forged from high-toughness alloy steel, abandoning ordinary sand casting materials. This avoids inherent defects such as casting porosity, sand holes, material looseness, and internal burrs, allowing it to withstand the continuous high-pressure impact and machine vibration during heavy-duty operations.

As key components subjected to long-term pressure and reciprocating sliding operation, the valve core and seat undergo dual heat treatment processes including quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface wear resistance and hardness to resist abrasive damage from mineral debris and metal shavings within the hydraulic oil, effectively extending the service life of these parts. The valve core mating area is precision-machined using high-precision mirror grinding equipment, accurately controlling the scientifically reasonable assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing the probability of valve core jamming, pressure regulation failure, and return-to-position jamming.

The pressure regulating locking nut at the valve body tail is thickened and reinforced, ensuring even wrench force during maintenance and disassembly, reducing the likelihood of nut slippage or edge breakage. Multiple sealing grooves are equipped with high-pressure, high-temperature, and hydraulic oil corrosion-resistant fluororubber O-rings. These multi-layered seals prevent dust and metal shavings from entering the valve core cavity, preventing hard particle wear on the sliding contact surface.
