Product Description

This hydraulic gear pump, meticulously manufactured by GVO, is a specially designed pre-feeding component for small excavators such as PC75UU, PC70FR, VIO70, VIO75, and VIO80. It is responsible for supplying oil to the main pre-feeding circuit of the entire machine, assisting in hydraulic boost, and providing oil to the control valves for operation.

At the level of internal core components and manufacturing processes, this small machine gear pump is made by casting a high-strength alloy cast iron to form the pump body. The internal driving gear and driven gear are made of high-hardness alloy steel and are processed through a complete set of procedures including quenching, tempering, and precise gear grinding. The gear surface is smooth and flat, and the gear meshing clearance has been repeatedly calibrated and optimized. The excellent meshing accuracy can reduce the impact during gear operation, resulting in lower working noise and less vibration amplitude.
