This gear pump adopts a square four-hole flange installation base and a spline-driven shaft structure. The overall valve body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy through integral die-casting. In terms of core material and precision processing technology, the driving gear, driven gear, and transmission shaft of the AW70 and AW5 gear pumps are all forged from alloy structural steel. They undergo quenching hardening and surface precision grinding treatment. The tooth surface has a high degree of smoothness, and the gear meshing clearance is precisely adjusted to a micrometer-level accuracy.
