Product Description

This gear pump, which is compatible with ZX50, ZX55, ZX70, as well as EC55 and EC36 models, is the core oil supply component of the pilot hydraulic system for 5-7 ton small excavators. It is mainly responsible for delivering stable pressure oil to the pilot control circuit, providing sufficient power oil pressure to the control handle and distribution valve, and directly determining the response speed and control feel of the entire machine.

The pump housing is made by a single-piece die-casting of high-strength aluminum alloy. The raw material of the blank is subjected to sufficient aging stress relief treatment, and then the internal cavity and installation surface are finely processed by high-precision CNC equipment. The shape and position tolerances of the pump chamber are strictly controlled to effectively avoid common problems such as pump body deformation and leakage of the joint surface after long-term pressure-bearing work.
