This dual-gear pump is specifically designed for the DX140W, DH150W-7, DX160W, and DX170W wheel excavators as a hydraulic auxiliary supply component. It mainly undertakes the supply of oil for the pilot control circuit and the steering assist circuit, and is a key hydraulic component that ensures the lightness of the wheel excavator's steering and the sensitivity of the handle operation. 

The pump body shell is made by a single-piece die-casting of high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, which is lightweight overall while maintaining excellent structural rigidity. It can resist deformation and cracking caused by operational vibrations, and the internal transmission gears are made of alloy steel that has undergone dual heat treatment processes of quenching and carburizing. The gear teeth are precisely ground and processed by a high-precision CNC grinder, with strict control of the gear meshing clearance, significantly reducing internal oil leakage under high-pressure conditions and maintaining stable volumetric efficiency for a long time. To address the common problem of internal leakage and pressure drop of the pump body during long-term operation of wheel excavators due to increased hydraulic oil temperature, the product has re-optimized the internal oil flow path of the pump chamber, reducing the vortex resistance caused by oil flow and accelerating heat dissipation. Even in harsh conditions such as continuous construction in high-temperature summers and repeated steering and heavy-load operations, the gear pump can still output stable flow without experiencing adverse phenomena such as high-temperature pressure relief or sluggish actions. The dimensions of the drive shaft, flange installation holes, and oil inlet and outlet ports are strictly in accordance with the original factory standards.
