This hydraulic main pump is a core hydraulic power component specifically developed for EC460, EC380D, EC450D, and EC480D large-tonnage excavators. As the power heart of the entire machine's hydraulic system, it is responsible for outputting high-pressure hydraulic oil and driving the boom, arm, bucket, rotation, and traveling mechanisms, supporting high-intensity operations such as heavy-load mining in mines, large-scale excavation of earth and stones, and loading of stone materials. 

The pump body shell is made by casting high-strength cast steel as a single piece, and undergoes multiple stress-relieving heat treatment processes to eliminate residual stress in the casting. This enables it to continuously withstand the high-frequency and high-pressure impacts and intense body vibrations generated by large-tonnage excavation operations. The shell is not prone to deformation or cracking and has excellent fatigue resistance. The core friction components such as the cylinder, piston, sliding shoe, and flow distributor are made of high-hardness wear-resistant alloy materials. They are processed through carburizing quenching and ultra-precision mirror grinding, ensuring strict part fit tolerance and low friction loss, and strong resistance to high-pressure wear. In the continuous operation environment of mines with dust and high temperatures, it can effectively delay internal wear and inhibit the continuous increase of pressure leakage in the pump body. The regulating valve core is processed with high precision, has sensitive action response, stable pressure control, and is less likely to experience valve core sticking, pressure drift, and other faults commonly seen in old main pumps.
