Product Introduction

This DX220, DX225, DX230, and DX235 series relief valve is a core threaded cartridge pressure protection accessory on the distribution valve of the DX series excavators. As a safety pressure relief barrier for the hydraulic system, it directly controls the maximum working pressure of the main hydraulic circuit, determines the overall digging output force of the machine, and protects the expensive and high-precision hydraulic components such as hydraulic pumps, traveling motors, slewing motors, and control valves from abnormal high-pressure impacts and damage. 

The valve core and valve sleeve of this relief valve are all made of high-strength alloy steel substrate. They undergo multiple heat treatment processes including carburizing and quenching to enhance surface hardness and impact resistance. Then, they undergo high-precision mating grinding processing. The valve core and valve sleeve maintain a micron-level precise clearance, effectively reducing the risk of scratches and jamming caused by hydraulic oil impurities. Even under frequent and repeated pressure relief impacts, it can still maintain the sealing effect of the valve port. 

The internal pressure spring is made of high-temperature-resistant alloy spring steel wire. It undergoes fatigue strengthening treatment, ensuring stable spring force in the equipment's long-term continuous operation and high-temperature oil temperature conditions. The spring force will not rapidly decline or fail due to fatigue. The internal pressure spring part is precisely rolled and formed, with standard thread tolerance. It fits tightly when screwed into the valve hole of the distribution valve, and is paired with a high-pressure and aging-resistant sealing gasket to prevent oil leakage at the valve body position. Under high-temperature conditions, the sealing ring is not prone to hardening and aging, significantly reducing valve port oil leakage faults. The leakage amount from the valve port in the closed state is strictly controlled to avoid system pressure loss caused by excessive internal leakage of the relief valve.
