The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with E70B excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. This overflow valve is specifically developed and matched for the E70B small excavator model. The valve core and valve sleeve are made of high-hardness alloy steel. They undergo carburizing, quenching, and heat treatment processes to enhance the surface hardness. Then, they undergo high-precision matching and grinding processing. The valve core and valve sleeve maintain a micrometer-level precise clearance, significantly reducing the risk of valve core scratching or jamming caused by internal impurities in the hydraulic oil. 

The internal pressure regulating spring is made of high-quality alloy spring steel wire. It has undergone multiple fatigue strengthening tests. Under the working conditions of long-term continuous operation and increased hydraulic oil temperature, the spring's elastic force output is stable and persistent, and it is less likely to experience spring weakness, elastic force attenuation, or deformation and fracture. The entire sealing component uses special high-pressure and aging-resistant sealing parts, effectively preventing internal and external leakage. Even when exposed to long-term immersion in high-temperature hydraulic oil, the sealing ring is less likely to harden and fail, reducing the problem of oil leakage at the valve body. The internal leakage during the valve port closed state is strictly controlled, avoiding pressure loss in the system due to internal pressure relief.
