Product Introduction

This is a core threaded cartridge pressure protection valve component on the main control valve of a large-tonnage excavator. As the safety protection checkpoint of the entire hydraulic system, it is mainly responsible for limiting the maximum working pressure of the main circuit, controlling the output torque of the entire machine during excavation, resisting the instantaneous high-pressure impacts generated frequently under heavy-load mining conditions, and protecting high-value hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, rotation motor, travel motor, and distribution valve assembly from being damaged by excessive pressure.

The valve core and valve sleeve of the relief valve are both made of high wear-resistant alloy tool steel as the base material. They undergo a complete set of heat treatment processes including carburizing, quenching, and low-temperature tempering to enhance the surface hardness and overall toughness of the parts, enabling them to withstand the continuous impact loads brought by the high pressure and large flow of the large-tonnage equipment. After undergoing high-precision matching grinding processing, the valve core and valve sleeve maintain a micron-level clearance, effectively reducing the risk of scratches and jams caused by impurity particles in the hydraulic oil. Even when exposed to the harsh oil environment of the mine for a long time, it can still maintain excellent valve port sealing performance. The internal pressure regulating spring is processed from high fatigue alloy spring steel wire, and undergoes multiple compression fatigue tests. Under the working conditions of the equipment operating at full load continuously and the continuous increase in hydraulic oil temperature, the spring's elastic force output is stable and uniform, and is less likely to experience elastic force attenuation, deformation, or fracture.
