Product Introduction

This is the core threaded cartridge pressure protection valve component on the distribution valve assembly of the large-tonnage excavator. As a safety pressure relief barrier for the entire hydraulic system, it is responsible for limiting the main hydraulic circuit pressure and performing overload relief, directly controlling the maximum working pressure of the entire system, determining the torque output of the digging, resisting the instantaneous high-pressure impact generated by frequent operations in heavy mining conditions, effectively protecting expensive high-flow hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, slewing motor, and traveling motor, avoiding damage to the components caused by overpressure. 

The valve core and valve sleeve of the relief valve are all made of high-hardness wear-resistant alloy steel as the raw material. The entire set of components undergoes multiple heat treatment processes including carburizing, quenching, and tempering, balancing high hardness on the surface and internal toughness. They are capable of withstanding the continuous and repeated impact loads under high-flow high-pressure conditions. Subsequently, they undergo high-precision matching grinding processing, maintaining a micrometer-level precise clearance between the valve core and the valve sleeve, significantly reducing the risk of abrasion and jamming caused by hard impurities in the hydraulic oil. Even when exposed to complex working conditions of the mine oil, it can still maintain reliable valve port sealing performance. The internal pressure regulating spring is made of high fatigue grade alloy spring steel wire, verified through multiple compression fatigue tests. In the environment of long-term continuous shift operation of the equipment and continuous increase in hydraulic oil temperature, the spring's elastic force output is uniform and stable, and is less likely to experience failure such as elastic force attenuation, deformation, or fracture.
