Product Introduction

This plug-in type relief valve, designed for PC200-7, PC210-7, and PC228US-3 excavators, is the core pressure protection component of the main hydraulic system of the excavator. It is installed inside the distribution valve and plays a crucial role in limiting the system pressure and maintaining stable overflow pressure. It directly determines the upper limit of the main hydraulic pressure of the entire machine and has a decisive control effect on the digging force, lifting force, and rotation torque. 

The valve body is made of high-quality alloy steel and is precisely machined by CNC. The valve core is treated with quenching and surface hardening, which results in high hardness and excellent wear resistance. It can withstand scratches caused by iron filings and impurities in hydraulic oil for a long time and significantly reduces the probability of valve core sticking and internal leakage. The valve sleeve and valve core are processed by high-precision matching grinding, with the clearance controlled at the micron level. This ensures that the valve core can slide flexibly under high-pressure conditions and effectively controls the internal leakage of high-pressure oil, preventing pressure holding failure. 

The internal pressure regulating spring is made of high-toughness alloy spring steel and undergoes fatigue strengthening treatment. It is unlikely to undergo plastic deformation under repeated high-pressure overflow impacts over a long period and maintains stable and lasting pressure setting values. The O-ring seal used is made of high-pressure-resistant and oil-resistant rubber material, which is resistant to aging and high temperatures. In the high-temperature hydraulic oil environment during continuous operation in summer, it can still maintain good sealing performance, eliminating the problem of valve position leakage and oil leakage, and perfectly adapting to the harsh working conditions of heavy loads, high dust, and large temperature differences in construction sites.
