The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Product Introduction

This type of plug-in relief valve is the core pressure control component inside the excavator distribution valve. It adopts a threaded plug-in structure and is directly installed in the valve holes of the multi-way distribution valve. It mainly undertakes the functions of limiting pressure overflow, maintaining pressure stability, and overload protection for the entire hydraulic system of the machine. 

The valve body is made of high-quality alloy steel as the base material and is precisely formed through integrated processing on a CNC lathe. The valve core undergoes quenching, surface strengthening, and ultra-finishing treatment, resulting in a high surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and impact resistance. It can effectively resist scratches caused by iron filings and solid impurities in the hydraulic oil, significantly reducing the risk of valve core sticking and high-pressure internal leakage. 

The valve core and valve sleeve are machined using a micron-level matching grinding process, with strict control of the mating clearance. This ensures that the valve core responds sensitively and opens and closes quickly under high-frequency pressure impacts, while also minimizing internal leakage of high-pressure oil and ensuring the excellent pressure retention performance of the system. The internal pressure regulating spring is made of high elastic alloy spring steel and undergoes shaping and fatigue strengthening treatment. It is unlikely to experience elastic fatigue and plastic deformation under long-term repeated overflow impact conditions, and the pressure setting value remains stable over a long period.
