Product Introduction

The M4 valve overflow valve is a multi-way valve-specific threaded cartridge overflow valve, widely installed inside the M4 series distribution valve as a core pressure control component of the hydraulic system. It is responsible for limiting the main circuit pressure, maintaining stable pressure, and providing overload safety protection. This valve directly determines the maximum working pressure of the entire hydraulic system and plays a crucial role in controlling the core operational performance such as the digging force of the excavator, the lifting capacity of the boom, and the output torque of the rotation. 

The valve body is made of high-strength alloy steel raw materials and is formed through a complete set of CNC machining. The valve core is treated with quenching hardening and ultra-precision grinding processes, with a high surface hardness, excellent shock resistance and wear resistance. It can withstand scratches and wear caused by metal debris and impurity particles in the hydraulic oil, effectively reducing the probability of valve core sticking and high-pressure leakage. The valve core and valve sleeve are machined with a micron-level matching grinding process, strictly controlling the clearance, which not only ensures the sensitive opening and closing response of the valve core under frequent pressure impacts but also can minimize high-pressure oil internal leakage, ensuring the pressure retention effect of the cylinder. The internal pressure regulating spring is made of high-toughness alloy spring steel, which undergoes shaping pre-treatment and multiple fatigue tests. It is unlikely to experience elastic fatigue and deformation under long-term repeated overflow impact conditions, ensuring the set pressure remains stable and does not drift over time.
