Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is an important pressure control component inside the multi-way distribution valve of the excavator. It is an overload protection type relief valve and is mainly installed in the valve holes of the main control valve, performing functions such as limiting the pressure of the circuit, releasing pressure for overload, and buffering and protecting against overload. It regulates the maximum working pressure of the corresponding hydraulic circuit, directly affecting the output force of the execution mechanisms such as digging, lifting, and rotating.

The valve body is made entirely of high-strength alloy steel, and is precisely processed and formed through a CNC machine. The valve core undergoes quenching hardening, surface strengthening, and ultra-finishing treatment, resulting in a high surface hardness that is resistant to impact and wear.
