This threaded cartridge-type overflow valve is a core hydraulic safety component specifically designed for the multi-way distribution valves of large-tonnage excavators such as ZAX450H, ZX460, ZX470H-3, and ZX480. It is directly installed inside the main control valve's valve hole and mainly functions to limit system pressure, provide overload overflow relief, and protect the hydraulic circuit with stable pressure. 

The valve body is machined from high-strength alloy steel. The valve core and valve sleeve mating pair undergo multiple precise honing and matching grinding processes. The valve port sealing surface has high precision and the mating clearance is strictly controlled. It can withstand the continuous flushing of high-flow and high-pressure hydraulic oil for a long time and can resist wear and scratches caused by impurities in the hydraulic oil. This significantly reduces the probability of valve core sticking, valve port erosion, and internal leakage. 

The internal pressure regulating spring is made of high-toughness alloy spring steel and undergoes professional heat treatment to enhance its fatigue resistance and deformation resistance.
