This overflow valve is specially designed for the main distribution valves of E365, E374, and E390F large-sized excavators. It is a core plug-in pressure control component of the hydraulic system, responsible for limiting system pressure and providing overload protection. It is a key protective component of the hydraulic circuit of large-tonnage excavators. 

The valve body is forged from high-strength alloy steel as a single piece. The valve core undergoes deep quenching hardening and high-precision mirror surface grinding, resulting in a high surface hardness that can withstand continuous flushing by high-flow and high-pressure hydraulic oil and impurities, effectively preventing valve core damage such as scratching, jamming, and pressure drift. The valve is also equipped with imported oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant sealing rings, which maintain stable sealing performance even under long-term heavy-load continuous operation in high-temperature conditions, eliminating internal leakage, pressure drop, and unstable pressure issues. The overflow valve can precisely set the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic circuit. When the excavation load exceeds the rated threshold, it quickly opens to discharge overflow and relieve pressure, protecting the hydraulic main pump and multi-way distribution valve from sudden high-pressure impacts and damage. It can solve hydraulic faults such as insufficient digging power, insufficient system pressure, overflow whistling, and uncoordinated compound actions of the excavator.
