Product Introduction

This overflow valve is suitable for PC400-5, PC600-6, PC750-7, and PC800-6 series excavators. It is the core pressure protection component of the distribution valve assembly and is specially designed for the hydraulic systems of older medium and large-tonnage excavators. 

The valve body is machined from high-strength alloy steel by CNC, and is hardened through quenching and precisely matched with the valve core and valve seat for grinding. It can withstand high-pressure impacts and is capable of adapting to heavy-duty operating environments such as mining and large-scale earthwork projects. It can withstand the repeated alternating hydraulic peak loads during equipment operation. The main function of the overflow valve is to limit the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic circuit.
