The valve body is precisely machined by CNC on high-strength alloy steel, and is hardened through quenching and precisely matched and ground with the valve core and valve seat. It has strong resistance to high-pressure impact and can withstand repeated alternating hydraulic peak loads in harsh working conditions such as mining and large-scale earthwork excavation. The overflow valve is responsible for limiting the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic circuit. When the loading of the digging and loading equipment suddenly exceeds the limit, the valve component quickly opens to release pressure, protecting expensive hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, multi-way valve, and cylinder, and preventing system overload, burst pipes, and valve core damage. The product is equipped with oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant sealing components, which do not age or leak easily in the high-temperature hydraulic oil environment during long-term continuous operation.
