The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with PC650-5 PC750-6 PC800-6 PC1250-8 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Product Introduction

This overflow valve is suitable for large mining excavators of PC650-5, PC750-6, PC800-6, and PC1250-8. It is the core pressure protection component of the multi-way distribution valve assembly and is developed and manufactured specifically for this series of heavy-duty models with large tonnage. 

The valve body is precisely machined from high-strength alloy steel by CNC, and is hardened through quenching treatment. The valve core and valve seat are precisely matched and ground, featuring excellent resistance to high-pressure shock. It can withstand the repeated alternating hydraulic peak loads in heavy-duty hydraulic systems during mining operations and large-scale earthwork excavation. The overflow valve is responsible for limiting the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic circuit. When the loading of the digging and loading equipment suddenly exceeds the limit, the valve component quickly opens to release pressure, protecting expensive hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, multi-way valve, and cylinder, and preventing major damages such as system overload rupture and valve core damage. 

The product is equipped with oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant sealing components, which are not prone to aging and leakage in the high-temperature hydraulic oil environment during long-term continuous operation.
