Product Introduction

This coolant temperature sensor is compatible with the EC210B, EC240B, EC290B, and EC360B series of excavators, and is matched with the D6D and D7D engines. It is the core sensing component of the excavator engine's electronic control cooling system. The brass probe of this sensor directly contacts the engine coolant and collects the cooling water temperature in real time, converting it into an electrical signal and transmitting it to the main control ECU of the excavator. The equipment computer uses this temperature signal to adjust the fuel injection parameters and control the operation of the cooling fan. During the cold start phase, it increases the fuel injection volume to improve the low-temperature start performance; in high-temperature conditions, it drives the cooling system to cool down the engine and keep it stable within the optimal working temperature range.

This excavator water temperature sensor uses a high-conductivity brass sensing probe, which has a rapid thermal response and high measurement accuracy. It is resistant to corrosion and oxidation when immersed in antifreeze. The sensor base adopts a composite structure of high-strength temperature-resistant engineering rubber and plastic, combined with double-layer rubber sealing rings and brass fastening rings. The multiple sealing design effectively prevents coolant leakage and avoids liquid from entering the sensor and damaging the thermosensitive chip. The top uses a heavy-duty waterproof connector, and the shell is resistant to oil stains, aging, and can withstand the harsh operating environment of the excavator cabin, including continuous high temperatures, dust, and intense vibrations.
