The pilot valve generates a corresponding electromagnetic force according to the input electrical signal (such as current or voltage), and the electromagnetic force acts on the pilot valve core to cause it to produce a certain displacement, thereby controlling the opening size of the pilot valve. The output pressure or flow of the pilot valve acts as a control signal on the control chamber of the main valve, pushing the main valve core to move, changing the opening degree of the main valve, and then realizing proportional control of the flow, pressure or flow direction of hydraulic oil and other media. At the same time, the safety lock function is generally realized through a specific structure or control logic. For example, when the power is off or an abnormal situation occurs, the solenoid valve will automatically switch to a safe state to prevent unexpected action or failure of the system.
