Working principle

The working principle of the 31ER-11121 oil return check valve is similar to that of an ordinary check valve. It is usually composed of a valve body, a valve core, a spring and other components. When the oil flows in from the specified direction, the oil pressure overcomes the spring force and pushes the valve core open, allowing the oil to flow to the downstream pipeline through the check valve; and when the oil tries to flow back from the opposite direction, under the combined action of the oil pressure and the spring force, the valve core is tightly pressed on the valve seat to prevent the oil from passing through, thereby achieving the function of preventing the oil from flowing back.

Installation method

The following are general installation steps:

1. Confirm the parts and installation space: After getting the check valve, first confirm the various parts and their functions, and try to assemble them initially to familiarize yourself with the structure. At the same time, determine the installation location and make enough space for installation.

2. Connect the pipeline: Connect the oil inlet of the check valve to the oil pipe from the bottom of the oil-gas separator or other oil return source, and connect the oil outlet to the pipeline leading to the main engine or other designated oil return location. Make sure the direction is correct when connecting. There is usually an arrow mark on the one-way valve, and the direction of the arrow is the flow direction of the oil.
3. Fix the one-way valve: Use a suitable fixing method, such as threaded connection, flange connection or welding, to firmly install the one-way valve in the pipeline. If it is a threaded connection, pay attention to the tightening force to avoid damaging the thread.
4. Check the sealing: After the installation is completed, before the system is operated, a sealing check should be performed. You can observe whether there is leakage in the one-way valve and its connection parts by injecting a certain pressure of oil or gas into the pipeline. If there is a leak, find the cause and repair it in time.
5. System debugging: When the entire system is running, observe the working condition of the one-way valve again to ensure that it can normally prevent the oil from flowing back, and there is no abnormal pressure change or other faults in the system due to installation problems.
