Working principle of the pilot solenoid valve spool-energized state: the solenoid coil is energized, and the electromagnet of the pilot valve acts. First, the small oil port of the pilot valve is opened, so that the pressure oil in the upper chamber of the main valve spool is unloaded through the pilot valve port, and the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve spool is reduced, resulting in a pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the main valve spool. Under the action of pressure difference, the main spool moves upward to overcome the resistance such as spring force, and opens the main valve port, so that the hydraulic oil flows from the oil inlet to the working oil port. -Power-off state: the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the electromagnet of the pilot valve is reset, the pilot valve port is closed, and hydraulic oil enters the upper cavity of the main valve core through channels such as balance holes, so that the pressure of the upper cavity of the main valve core increases. Under the joint action of pressure and spring force, the main valve core moves downward, closing the main valve port and cutting off the hydraulic oil passage. Working principle of three-position four-way solenoid valve spool-neutral state: the spool is in the middle position under the action of spring force, and at this time, P port (oil inlet), A port, B port (working oil port) and T port (oil return port) are cut off from each other, and hydraulic oil does not flow. -Power on the left position: the left electromagnetic coil is powered on, which generates magnetic force to attract the spool to move to the right, so that port P is connected with port A, and port B is connected with port T. Hydraulic oil flows from port P to port A, pushing the actuator to act, and the oil from port B flows back to the oil tank. -Power on the right position: power on the right electromagnetic coil, the spool moves to the left, port P communicates with port B, port A communicates with port T, the flow direction of hydraulic oil changes, and the actuator realizes reverse action.
