The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. Product Introduction

This cartridge-type main relief valve is a dedicated pressure control valve for the main control multi-way valve of older excavators such as SK200-1, SK200-3, SK220-1, and SK220-3. This batch of construction machinery has been on the market for many years, with the vast majority of these machines used year-round in mining, hard soil excavation, old building demolition, river dredging, and heavy-duty earthmoving operations, subjecting their hydraulic systems to thousands of high-pressure impacts daily.

The valve body is integrally forged from high-strength alloy steel, fundamentally avoiding the inherent defects of ordinary castings such as porosity, sand holes, and loose material. Core pressure-bearing moving parts such as the valve core and seat undergo double heat treatment, including quenching and surface carburizing hardening, resulting in sufficient surface hardness to resist abrasive wear from metal debris and sediment particles within the hydraulic oil, significantly extending the valve core's service life.

The valve core mating area is meticulously ground using high-precision CNC grinding equipment, strictly controlling the mating clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve to ensure smooth and sensitive reciprocating opening and closing of the valve core, reducing the likelihood of jamming or failure to return to its original position.

The hexagonal disassembly points on the outer side of the valve body are thickened and widened to prevent slippage and chipping of edges when maintenance personnel use wrenches for disassembly and assembly. The top pressure regulating spring cavity features a buffer protection structure, coupled with a high-temperature resistant and anti-aging imported O-ring seal, preventing construction dust and metal impurities from entering the valve core mating clearance. All pressure relief oil holes are CNC drilled, resulting in smooth and flat inner walls of the oil passages, minimizing eddy current losses and oil pressure pulsation amplitude when hydraulic oil flows through the valve body.
